Allow your self to fail

Things start to work in relation to how little you struggle
Allow your self to fail, and fail again and eventually you will un learn to holding on to old ways of experiencing and your being becomes more awake to how things are happening now. The key is the more you relax the better. Notice where you are holding on. The water in the river can teach you this.
Practice, breathe, meditate and a lot can happen when you are doing nothing.
What is awake might be anger, feel it and allow it to move or express it with some noise and you are free of this anger which is just another natural emotion.
Practicing is feeling.
Life comes with failures and they all force us to grow.
