To register, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required per level.
Accepted methods of payment include cash, e-transfer, credit card and PayPal. With exception of the initial deposit, If paying by either of the latter two methods, we ask you to please absorb the transaction fees (3% and 3.5% respectively).

For those needing some flexibility in terms of payment, a payment plan can be requested where automatic credit card payments may be set up over the course of a one year period or less.

Full refund minus $250 non-refundable deposit if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the start of each 5 - 7 day event.
100% credit if cancellation is within 90 – 61 days prior to the start of the event.
50% credit if cancellation is within 60 – 31 days prior to the event.
25% credit if cancellation is within 8 - 30 days prior to the event
No credit if less than 7 days notice is given.
Credits must be used within one year of original retreat dates.
Exceptions may be considered for exceptional life circumstances.
Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
