RETREAT REGISTRATION
Please submit the above application and registration form.
If approved, please send a $250 deposit for each level to secure your spot(s).
Accepted methods of payment include cash, e-transfer and PayPal. With exception of the initial deposit, If paying by PayPal, we ask you to please absorb the 3% transaction fee.
E-transfer payments can be sent to breathtribe@gmail.com.
Questions regarding accommodations, food, travel and other logistics can be sent to breathwaveteam@gmail.com.
For those needing some flexibility in terms of payment, a payment plan can be requested where automatic credit card payments may be set up over the course of a one year period or less.
CANCELLATION POLICY

$250 non-refundable deposit for each Level of Training

Full refund minus $250 non-refundable deposit if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the start of each 5 - 7 day event.

100% credit if cancellation is within 90 – 61 days prior to the start of the event.

50% credit if cancellation is within 60 – 31 days prior to the event.

25% credit if cancellation is within 8 - 30 days prior to the event

No credit if less than 7 days notice is given.

Credits must be used within one year of original retreat dates.

Exceptions may be considered for exceptional life circumstances.

Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
