RETREAT REGISTRATION
Please submit the above application and registration form.
If approved, please send a $500 deposit for each level to secure your spot(s).
Accepted methods of payment include cash, e-transfer and PayPal. With exception of the initial deposit, If paying by PayPal, we ask you to please absorb the 3% transaction fee.
E-transfer payments can be sent to breathtribe@gmail.com.
Questions regarding accommodations, food, travel and other logistics can be sent to breathwaveteam@gmail.com.
For those needing some flexibility in terms of payment, a payment plan can be requested where automatic credit card payments may be set up over the course of a one year period or less.
CANCELLATION POLICY

$500 non-refundable deposit for each Level of Training

100% credit, minus the deposit if cancellation is > 3 months prior to the start date of the Training

50% credit minus the deposit if cancellation is < 3 months prior to the start date of the Training

No credit if less than 2 weeks notice is given.

Credits must be used within one year of original retreat dates.

Exceptions may be considered for exceptional life circumstances.

Full refunds are offered if the event is canceled by Breathwave
